SaveMyCar offers vehicle relocation services in preparation for hurricanes and other major storms in Florida. When a hurricane warning is issued, our team:
- Picks up your vehicle from your designated location (home, condo, parking facility).
- Relocates it to a safe, elevated, flood-protected location.
- Returns it to you once the storm has passed and it is deemed safe.
2. Eligibility
To use our service:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your vehicle must be in drivable condition.
3. Storm Criteria
Vehicle relocation is based on official storm surge and hurricane zone data provided by the National Hurricane Center. If your location is not in a designated danger zone, relocation may not occur.
4. Vehicle Condition
By using SaveMyCar, you confirm that:
- Your vehicle is operable and legally registered.
- You understand that SaveMyCar is not responsible for any pre-existing or arising mechanical issues.
5. Liability and Insurance
- SaveMyCar is fully insured. While your vehicle is in our possession, it is covered against damage or loss under our policy.
- We are not liable for damage caused by acts of God (e.g., extreme natural disasters), civil unrest, or unforeseeable events beyond our control.
6. Payments and Plans
- We offer one-time emergency relocations and annual subscription plans.
- All fees are clearly communicated. No hidden charges apply.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- One-time services may be canceled with full refund if no storm relocation has started.
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins unless otherwise specified.
8. Modifications to Service
SaveMyCar reserves the right to modify or suspend the service due to operational or weather-related concerns.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
